About These Terms
Throughout this website, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Majella McMahon.
By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
Mentoring Sessions
Visibility Mentoring is designed to provide guidance, encouragement, creative strategy and support.
Mentoring is not therapy, counselling, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice or psychological treatment.
While I will always support you wholeheartedly, you remain responsible for the decisions, actions and outcomes within your business and personal life.
Results will differ for every individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Booking & Payment
All mentoring sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe or another trusted payment provider.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens.
If you need to reschedule your mentoring session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
If I ever need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll arrange another suitable time as soon as possible.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.
Memberships
Memberships operate on a recurring subscription basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.
Cancelling your membership will prevent future payments but will not refund payments already processed.
Access to membership content will end at the completion of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, resources and online content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchase, please get in touch so I can help.
Books
Physical products are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by Majella McMahon.
