Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to spend time in my world.

Whether you've booked a mentoring session, joined the Visibility Portal, purchased one of my books or downloaded a digital resource, I genuinely appreciate your support.

The following policy outlines how cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are handled.

Visibility Mentoring

Borrow My Eyes (15-Minute Session)

If you need to reschedule your session, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible.

With more than 24 hours' notice, your session can be rescheduled to another available time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, are generally non-refundable.

Visibility Mentoring (30-Minute Sessions)

Weekly mentoring sessions may also be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are considered completed and are non-refundable.

If I ever need to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we'll arrange another suitable time as soon as possible.

The Visibility Portal Membership

Membership payments are billed on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.

Because access to all membership content is provided immediately upon joining, refunds are not available for membership fees already paid.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, guides, downloads and online resources, purchases are generally non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please get in touch and I'll happily help you.

Physical Books

If your book arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, I'll arrange a replacement or another suitable solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.

Workshops, Gatherings & Events

If you purchase a ticket to an event, workshop or gathering and are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible.

Refunds and transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the notice provided and the nature of the event.

Specific event terms may apply and will always be outlined on the booking page.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you're entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those rights will always apply.
